Les enseignantes d'anglais du collège ont organisé de nombreuses activités pour permettre aux élèves de découvrir la culture des pays anglophones. En amont de cette semaine, un travail a été réalisé en partenariat avec M^me Bousquet (professeure en Arts Plastiques) afin de définir des thèmes relatifs au monde anglophone. Louise is a very kind woman who came back to France to be our English language assistant. She's Scottish, however she has an understandable accent, what a surprise ! King Viking - an English show for our sixième !

Le 19 novembre, les élèves de sixième ont remonté le temps avec Shaun, jeune élève passionné par les Vikings. Avec lui, nous avons rencontré des personnages hauts en couleur, bien décidés à le faire passer par toutes les émotions ! Une première immersion dans la langue de Shakespeare !

A day out in La Gacilly to see the « So British » exhibition

Last Friday, with the year-10 classes, we went to La Gacilly for a day out. It was a day out organised by the English teachers because we saw the exhibition entitled ‘'So British''. Réalisation de Kolams devant le collège

Mardi 18 mars, dans le cadre de la semaine « Broaden your mind », les élèves du collège ont pu découvrir les Kolams, un art indien vieux de plus de 3000ans ! Ces œuvres habituellement réalisées avec de la poudre de riz en offrande au lever du jour, ont ici été réalisées avec des craies. Ces oeuvres éphémères sont à admirer à l'entrée du collège…jusqu'aux prochaines pluies !
